After focusing on millennials at the 2018 conference, two members of NEPC’s Defined Contribution Team lead a session about older workers in workplace retirement plans. The session was named after the Grateful Dead’s hit song because sometimes in the world of investing it can feel like the light is shining on you, but other times you can barely see.
