We are excited to share that NEPC is a signatory to the newly-launched CFA Institute Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Code (USA and Canada). As a proud advocate of increased transparency and accountability for the investment industry, NEPC is honored to support the Code by providing guidance and practical ways to increase diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in all its forms.
NEPC has been committed to taking concrete steps to advance DEI for more than three decades. From our work with diverse managers, to our groundbreaking DEI Progress Report, to our internal ecosystem supporting DEI in the workplace, we are continuously working to challenge ourselves and others in the investment industry to do more.
Supporting DEI is not just the right thing to do – it is vital to our business. The current and future successes of our clients, employees and communities depend on access to the best talent and ideas. That is why we are determined to take bold action to advance these goals, both independently and as part of collective efforts like the CFA Institute DEI Code.
